📋 Description

• Lead product design and requirements across complex, cross-functional initiatives with Engineering
• Build and maintain reporting and dashboards to give internal teams visibility into product
• Act as go-to SME for customer escalations, partnering with Support, Services, and Engineering to
• Translate customer feedback and usage data into clear product requirements and prioritization.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from ambiguous requirements through delivery across
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience building or using dashboards/reporting tools
• Track record of resolving complex customer issues and turning escalations into durable product or
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence and align stakeholders at all
