Sr. Product Manager

📋 Description

• Collaborate on the Core Platform Web Squad roadmap with leadership, engineering, and design.
• Define quarterly roadmaps for web trading experiences balancing user needs and feasibility.
• Own end-to-end web trader experiences from order entry to navigation with high-performance
• Partner with UX/design to ensure high-quality, accessible web interfaces.
• Represent traders by translating research and data into product decisions.
• Track Core Platform web metrics to guide prioritization and improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in product management; 2+ years shipping web product experiences, ideally fintech/trading.
• Experience in trading workflows, order types, charting, and market data surfaces.
• Strong UI/UX sensibility; ability to ship polished web experiences.
• Ability to own and grow features within a larger platform; balance feature velocity with platform
• Data-driven, analytical, with ability to prioritize and iterate based on metrics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable operating in ambiguity and cross-functional collaboration.
