Sr Product Manager - Hybridisation

📋 Description

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Kraken’s hybridization efforts across
• Shape and drive the broader onchain hybrid roadmap
• Work across both Pro and Consumer, with cross-functional alignment and roadmap priorities
• Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Design, Growth, Security, Operations, and
• Partner with internal teams and external ecosystem partners to evaluate integrations and expand
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration

🎯 Requirements

• On-chain experience is required, with closer experience to the underlying on-chain ecosystem
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to build internal buy-in
• Cross-functional social intelligence to coordinate teams and navigate org dynamics
• Experience advocating for product roadmaps in consumer environments
• Experience negotiating with external vendors, partners, or ecosystem participants
• Technical fluency and comfort working with engineering while keeping user needs in focus
