Function as technical lead with guidance and best practices
Develop solution designs and implementation plans aligned to client needs
Engage with clients to understand environments and gather requirements
Lead migrations, security, identity, endpoint management, collaboration and knowledge transfer

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
8+ years designing, consulting on, implementing Microsoft solutions in enterprises
Strong Active Directory and Microsoft 365 experience
Hands-on with Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, Sentinel
PowerShell scripting and automation
Excellent communication and project management skills
