📋 Description

Lead planning, coordination, and execution of complex PX initiatives
Define scope, milestones, timelines, risks, and success metrics with PX leaders
Maintain program plans and operating rhythms; monitor progress
Design change management strategies to drive adoption and leadership effectiveness
Establish governance, reporting, and executive communications for PX programs

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or equivalent
8+ years leading complex programs in HR/PX or related env
Experience managing enterprise-wide, cross-functional projects
Strong planning, governance, risk management, and execution skills
Hands-on change management experience: stakeholder analysis, communications, training
Experience with PX/HR initiatives (performance, engagement, employee experience)
