Sr. Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead complex, high-visibility projects from planning through delivery and handover.
• Balance strategic priorities with budgets, resources, timelines, and operations.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and C-level leaders; provide updates and escalation management.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies per project needs.
• Track KPIs, milestones, risks, and delivery performance; drive accountability.
• Coordinate internal teams and vendors to meet objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven PM experience; end-to-end project leadership.
• Budgets, forecasting, financial analysis, resource allocation, cost control.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile and Waterfall; Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with Jira, Trello, MS Project; strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong English communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred; PMP/ PMI-ACP preferred.
