Sr. Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional Professional Services engagements from start to finish.
• Deliver on-time, on-budget projects; manage planning, budgeting, and work streams.
• Drive customer value and win-win outcomes for Accela and clients.
• Collaborate with Consultants, Architects, PMO, Cloud Operations, Product, Support, Partners, and
• Support regional leadership in executive steering and growth initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams; manage risks and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years leading government enterprise software implementations (COTS) for Tier-1 clients.
• 5+ years managing complex projects: $1M+ budgets, >12 months, multiple departments.
• PMP certification preferred; skilled in planning/tracking complex projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at various delivery stages.
• Technical background; experience delivering enterprise software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and CxO-level communication skills.
