Sr. QA Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the quality strategy and release readiness for assigned product areas.
• Build quality into every stage of the software lifecycle with cross-functional partners.
• Advance test automation and improve release confidence across Japan and global markets.
• Ensure interoperability between Dialpad and enterprise applications for customers in Japan and
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver high-quality releases.
• Validate end-to-end workflows across Product, Contact Center, ERP, and other enterprise platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Software Quality Engineering experience in SaaS/enterprise software.
• Hands-on with Playwright, Selenium, or similar automation frameworks.
• Strong UI, API, integration, end-to-end, regression, and exploratory testing skills.
• Experience testing REST APIs using REST Assured, Postman, or similar tools.
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Professional English proficiency; ability to work across global teams; business experience in Japan.
