Sr. Quality Manager - Korea

📋 Description

• Lead Quality and Food Safety for South Korea Roastery.
• Build from scratch a Quality Management System (QMS) for roasting and food manufacturing.
• Ensure Korean regulations align with Blue Bottle standards and global quality specs.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Coffee, R&D, and Global teams to enable traceability and
• Lead local Quality team and maintain sensory cupping standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Food Science/Engineering/Chemistry or related field.
• 8+ years in quality management in food/beverage; 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on in food manufacturing quality, knowledge of Korean regulations.
• Expertise in HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000; Internal Auditor preferred.
• Experience with RCA, CAPA, FMEA, SPC; supplier quality management a plus.
• Native Korean; proficient English.
