Sr. RAN Software Engineer (Starlink Mobile)

📋 Description

• Lead validation of 4G/5G RAN software protocol stack
• Build scalable test automation frameworks for eNB/gNB
• Collaborate with software teams to triage issues
• Analyze logs to debug RAN problems and drive fixes
• Develop tools and data pipelines to evaluate RAN KPIs
• Manage issue prioritization with cross‑functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field
• 5+ years Python/C/C++ coding experience
• 5+ years LTE/5G-NR test experience (planning, results)
• In-depth knowledge of 3GPP specs and RAN features
• UE log analysis experience (QXDM/XCAL)
• Experience building test automation frameworks or CI/CD pipelines
