📋 Description

• Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and build complex, scalable Salesforce
• Collaborate with Sales teams and Sales support organizations
• Configure and optimize core Service Cloud features (Omni-Channel, Lightning Service Console, Case
• Architect and build integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems (CTI/telephony like
• Act as thought leader for sales processes and drive technical approach definitions
• Customize Salesforce with declarative and coded tools (Lightning Pages, Flow Builder, APEX

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years with Salesforce in a technical/functional role owning enterprise solutions
• 4+ years development with Salesforce (Apex, Lightning Components, Force.com APIs, Web Services) or
• 5+ years in general technical development and support
• Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud; familiarity with CPQ
• Proven ability to integrate multiple SAAS systems with Salesforce using REST/SOAP APIs; data
• Strong security model knowledge and problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
