Sr. Satellite Policy Associate (Starlink Regulatory Affairs)

📋 Description

• Assist with developing and advocating for broadband and spectrum policies domestically and
• Draft pleadings, letters, and advocacy pieces for SpaceX policy positions
• Contribute to satellite spectrum policy and outreach with government officials
• Represent SpaceX before FCC, NTIA, and other regulators and authorities
• Direct regulatory practice to secure licenses and compliance for Starlink
• Develop regulatory licensing processes for system and service licensing

🎯 Requirements

• JD or foreign equivalent from an accredited law school
• 5+ years of regulatory and policy experience
• Bachelor’s or master’s in engineering, math, chemistry, or physics beneficial
• Understanding of broadband policy and spectrum use
• Knowledge of radiofrequency spectrum tech and telecom policy abroad
• Experience with FCC and other federal agencies preferred
