Develop and implement LC/MS bioanalysis and characterization assays for novel biologics
Support in vivo PK, TK, PK/PD and stability studies for complex modalities
Sample prep, method development, data analysis and report generation
Operate and maintain LC/MS instruments to generate high-quality data
Lead assay optimization to ensure data quality and capacity
Generate new scientific proposals and lead ensuing efforts

🎯 Requirements

Ph.D. (0+), M.S. (8+), or B.S. (10+ years) in pharma/biotech
Strong LC-MS expertise with protein mass spec on QQQ/TOF/Orbitrap
Experience in proteomics/immunopeptidomics sample prep
Proficiency with Protein Metrics Byos and GraphPad Prism
Demonstrated data analysis, interpretation and communication skills
Ability to lead, innovate and apply new technologies
