Sr Scientist I, Process Chemistry

📋 Description

• Develop and execute chemical processes to support clinical development
• Work on small molecules, ADCs, peptides, and/or oligonucleotides
• Autonomously perform lab research and method development with minimal supervision
• Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and present at conferences
• Maintain productivity and adhere to safety and quality standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enable higher performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Organic Chemistry with 10+ (BS), 8+ (MS) or 0+ (PhD) years of
• Strong theoretical and practical understanding of synthetic organic chemistry
• Experience with peptides, bioconjugations, biocatalysis, AI/ML, or oligonucleotides is desired
• Ability to search literature and solve synthetic problems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
