Sr Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and implement multi-cloud security controls across Coupa's cloud env, including VPC
• Build policy as code and IaC security guardrails; integrate into CI/CD as pre-merge/pre-deploy
• Harden containerized workloads and Kubernetes clusters with image scanning, admission control, pod
• Own vulnerability analysis of app packages, container images, and third-party dependencies; triage
• Design and implement remediations including secure code fixes, cloud config changes, and IAM policy
• Support incident response and forensics as a technical contributor; log analysis and remediation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in security engineering or cloud operations with ownership of complex assessments end to
• Experience with cloud security fundamentals (AWS, GCP, or Azure) IAM, networking, and
• Strong scripting/automation in Python, Bash, or JavaScript; experience building security tooling.
• Experience with dependency/container vulnerability scanning tools and CI/CD integration.
• Working knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, FedRAMP and auditable evidence expectations.
• Strong root-cause analysis and communication skills; ability to translate findings to remediation
