Sr. Security Engineer II – IRAP Program Lead

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end security compliance programs, including roadmaps, assessments, remediation, and
• Manage government compliance initiatives across international frameworks and evolving regulatory
• Serve as primary contact for external assessors, government agencies, and compliance stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain security documentation, including system security plans and control mappings.
• Coordinate continuous monitoring, quarterly updates, and ongoing assurance processes.
• Partner with product, engineering, and security teams to evaluate changes and determine compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with government security compliance frameworks (IRAP, ISMAP
• Strong knowledge of government security standards, risk management, and cloud compliance.
• Experience managing security assessments, working with external auditors, and translating findings
• Understanding of international government compliance environments and risk-based evaluation
• Technical foundation in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud security controls, IaC
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain concepts to diverse audiences
