Sr. ServiceNow Business Analyst/Tester

📋 Description

• Lead requirements gathering with client reps to define requirements, processes, workflows, use
• Translate business needs into system requirements and Agile user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize backlogs; support Product Owner in validation.
• Collaborate with solution architects and tech teams on implementation details and release scope.
• Support Scrum ceremonies and develop comprehensive test plans and data.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 5+ years as a Test Engineer in an Agile environment.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• U.S. citizenship with eligibility for DoD Secret clearance.
• Hands-on ServiceNow experience: requirements, testing, REST API integrations.
• Experience with ServiceNow test management and ATF is highly desirable.
