Sr. Site Contract and Payment Associate

📋 Description

• Independently facilitate CTAs and amendments with sponsors, sites, and legal stakeholders
• Develop, review, and negotiate clinical trial budgets
• Track milestones, renewals, and payment terms for studies
• Analyze study protocols for financial impact and value alignment
• Prepare reports on contract status, budgets, and payments
• Collaborate across PM, clinical ops, IT, and legal to resolve issues

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in clinical research administration, contract management, or payments
• Associate or Bachelor's in business, life sciences, or related field
• 2+ years in clinical research admin or budget negotiation
• Experience with clinical trial agreements and research billing
• Background in clinical research site/CRO environment preferred
• Understanding of GCP/GxP/ICH guidelines
