Sr. Site Reliability Engineer

📋 Description

• Own availability and performance of critical services across production.
• Lead cross-functional reliability projects from discovery to resolution.
• Define SLOs/SLIs and error budgets; enforce service health standards.
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews; drive improvements.
• Design scalable automation; drive monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Build CI/CD pipelines; write production-grade code; lead PRR.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field; 8+ years SRE/ops.
• Extensive experience designing, scaling, operating large distributed systems.
• Expert-level Linux administration and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
• Scripting (Python or Go) and IaC (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins).
• Incident response, RCA, ITIL/OSS processes; PRR and capacity planning.
