• Independently deliver customer-facing features from design to production.

🎯 Requirements

• 18+ months of software engineering experience building and operating production systems.
• Experience developing backend services, APIs, and modern web apps end-to-end.
• Ability to own moderately complex projects across a release or two with strong execution.
• Experience writing clean, maintainable code and reviewing peers.
• Experience using metrics, logs, tests, or tracing to debug issues and improve reliability.
• Experience or interest in AI-native development, including LLMs and workflow automation.
