Sr Software Engineer I

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions across the full lifecycle
• Lead technical and architectural decisions aligned with product needs
• Develop customer-facing and internal platform capabilities
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge across teams
• Collaborate with Product Owners to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Build and maintain automated testing, integration, and deployment frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong understanding of SDLC, architecture, and Agile/Scrum
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar)
• Strong proficiency with .NET Core/Framework, EF/Dapper, Web APIs, and Microservices
• Experience with relational DBs (PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
