Sr Software Engineer, Identity & Access Management (IAM)

📋 Description

• Maintain, scale, and optimize central auth apps.
• Triages feature requests from Pattern teams.
• Write, test, deploy back-end code (Ruby, Go).
• Design RBAC across internal/external systems.
• Collaborate with engineers and product for security services.
• Automate admin workflows; integrate AI for efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years backend software eng: security/platform focus.
• Experience building central Authentication/Authorization systems.
• RBAC/ABAC, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT.
• Manage competing requests while maintaining legacy code.
• PostgreSQL and REST/gRPC API experience.
