• 12+ years in software engineering; 4+ in leadership roles.
• Bachelors in CS/SE or equivalent; masters preferred.
• Expert in C++, C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, Windows Services.
• Strong experience with React, Redux Toolkit, Vite, Node.js, Express.
• Azure cloud services, Azure AD, JWT, REST API design; hybrid cloud.
• SQL Server architecture, data modeling, performance tuning.
