Sr. Software Engineer, Structural

📋 Description

• Design and implement algorithms and software systems for framing and structural analysis from MVP.
• Establish technical direction for a new and evolving team; pragmatic architecture decisions.
• Translate real-world framing and structural systems into reliable software.
• Use AI-assisted development workflows to accelerate delivery while maintaining code quality.
• Partner with product, customer success, and engineering to define requirements and address needs.
• Develop comprehensive automated tests and validation approaches for complex scenarios.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience, ideally with strong experience in
• Academic or professional experience in structural engineering or mechanical engineering, with a
• Familiarity with computational geometry, mathematical modeling, algorithms, and other technical
• Experience with modern software development tools and AI-assisted engineering workflows, combined
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, early-stage environments where priorities may evolve.
• Experience with framing, structural analysis, CAD/CAM tooling, or related construction technology
