Sr. Solution Architect (SA)

📋 Description

• Lead the Americas FPS technical team in consulting, design, and deployment.
• Translate business outcomes into scalable Freshworks solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Engineering, Product, Support, and CS teams to drive adoption.
• Turn sales concepts into detailed designs during delivery and expansion phases.
• Provide architecture diagrams and presentations for proposed designs.
• Configure, customize, and deploy Freshworks products including integrations and automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Professional Services for SaaS platforms, ITSM/ITOM/ITAM preferred.
• Experience guiding organizational change management and managing technical risk at executive levels.
• Strong listening, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to handle ambiguity.
• Proven ability to create architecture diagrams, data flows, and design docs.
• Experience with ERP, Accounting, HRMS, IDAM; REST API integrations; cloud/SaaS products.
• ITIL certification and project management knowledge helpful.
