🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5–7 years in AI and data science or related fields
• 10+ years with contact center operations in tech/vendor or implementation
• Strong understanding of AI, ML, data science, enterprise data ecosystems
• Proven ability to engage C-suite and senior stakeholders
• Executive presence and presentation skills
