You will be the technical voice for 1-5 clients, guiding their Databricks strategy.
Lead customers on a transformational journey to evaluate and adopt Databricks.
Implement the technical strategy in the account, aligning with customer needs.
Build a movement of technical champions within the account.
Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
Provide structured mentorship for other team members.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in very large deployments (> $1m ARR) in Retail/CPG space
4+ years in pre-sales or supporting sales activity
Technical in big data, data science, and cloud
Data-driven business transformation experience
4+ years design/implementation in big data tech (Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP, OLAP) or full lifecycle
Production data systems maintenance/extension for evolving customer needs
