Sr. Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead technical pre-sales and customer engagements to win new digital-native logos in UK &
• Run hands-on evaluations and PoCs against customers’ data workloads to demonstrate platform value.
• Engage with founders, CTOs, and lead engineers across data engineering, ML, and Generative AI
• Demonstrate platform integration with existing cloud and open-source stacks.
• Collaborate with account teams to drive fast-value outcomes and scalable expansion.
• Develop customer-facing collateral and participate in workshops, hackathons, and seminars.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on pre-sales/engineering experience in data-native or high-growth tech.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, or Java; comfort with Spark; open to learning.
• Familiarity with data/AI domains: data engineering, streaming, ML, or Generative AI (RAG
• Experience with modern data stack, open-source tools, and at least one cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• PoC design and delivery experience; strong customer-facing skills to communicate value.
• Interest in AI development tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, Databricks Assistant/Genie).
