🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in medical devices, healthcare IT, or related customer-facing learning roles.
• 5+ years in sales-related, technical sales, or commercial enablement preferred.
• Strong digital content creation: e-learning, video, guides, playbooks, job aids.
• Proven virtual and hybrid facilitation and train-the-trainer delivery.
• Ability to translate clinical/technical concepts into engaging curricula.
• Bachelor’s degree required; engineering background preferred; travel up to 25%.
