Sr Staff Product Manager — AI & Product Led Motion

📋 Description

• Define and scale the AI-Native Product-Led Motion across the AI-native ITSM portfolio.
• Own the AI customer journey from discovery to activation, adoption, and expansion.
• Partner with feature teams to embed telemetry, activation, and expansion from day one.
• Build data-driven growth engines using telemetry, analytics, and experimentation.
• Design product-led experiences to accelerate activation, value time, and adoption.
• Develop and scale PQL models and product-to-sales motions for expansion.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS, AI, or platform products.
• Proven success with Product-Led Motion, Product-Led Growth, or Product-Led Sales strategies.
• Deep understanding of telemetry, usage analytics, experimentation, and customer journey
• Ability to translate insights into strategy, roadmap priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience designing activation journeys, onboarding, in-product messaging, and engagement
• Strong analytical skills with KPIs, funnels, cohorts, and data-driven decisions.
