Sr. Staff Quantitative Product Researcher

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end measurement for the Pin ecosystem; define constructs, validate surveys, ensure
• Partner with Data Science and Engineering to build proxies or predictive models when appropriate.
• Design and execute learning agenda; prioritize questions, choose methods, and drive impactful
• Present findings to senior leadership and translate insights into strategy.
• Collaborate with research managers to set direction and mentor junior researchers.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of quantitative user research with large-scale consumer data and metric development.
• Deep expertise in survey methodology, statistical modeling, and experimentation at scale.
• Experience informing ML model evaluation, retraining triggers, and generalizability across segments.
• Fluency in R or Python and SQL; strong data visualization skills.
• Collaborative, able to operate as a peer to Data Science and Engineering; proactive problem-solver.
• PhD preferred in computational social science, statistics, CS, or related field (or equivalent
