📋 Description

• Own architecture of end-to-end trading platform: sequencer, connectivity, OMS/EMS, multi-venue, and
• Design low-latency, high-throughput systems for real-time financial products.
• Drive reliability and performance with SLOs, observability, and incident response.
• Set the technical bar via code/design reviews and reduce critical debt.
• Reduce single-point-of-failure risk and mentor the team.
• Partner with Product, Risk, Security, and Compliance to map technical vision to roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on architect for 24/7 trading systems that process billions daily.
• Extensive backend engineering with ownership of distributed systems.
• End-to-end trading platform architecture (OMS, front/middle office, multi-exchange).
• Deep proficiency in low-latency Java and high-throughput messaging (Aeron, SBE, or similar).
• Experience delivering projects end-to-end: scoping, architecture, implementation, monitoring
• Experience in regulated/financial environments with correctness and low-latency focus.
