Sr. Strategy & Operations Analyst, Deal Desk

📋 Description

• Support AI-powered tools to modernize Deal Desk workflows and improve efficiency.
• Automate internal tools through testing, bug remediation, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain global deal model, including financial modeling and roadmaps.
• Maintain dashboards on deal performance, pricing trends, and bottlenecks.
• Create enablement materials and Deal Playbooks for global sales teams.
• Collaborate with CRM, CPQ, and systems teams to implement updates.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree plus 3+ years in Corporate Finance/FP&A/Strategic Finance/Deal
• Strong analytical and financial capabilities; explain financial implications clearly.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets; financial modeling, scenarios, and tools.
• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, CLM tools, JIRA, or similar systems.
• Experience with discounting/commercial strategies in CPQ or related platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tech and applying automation to workflows.
