Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer

📋 Description

• On-site supplier QA/QC support at a European supplier partner.
• Quality oversight including source inspection, process audits, and FAI for composite/structural
• Serve as on-site quality liaison between supplier and Archer teams (Quality, Engineering, PM).
• Review/disposition nonconforming material; drive containment and verify corrective actions.
• Apply QA principles to ensure customer/Archer requirements are met; establish QC mechanisms for
• Support development of quality strategies, measurement frameworks, and project lifecycle actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related
• 5+ years in Supplier/Manufacturing/Quality Engineering in a complex manufacturing env; aerospace
• Working knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9001 QMS.
• Familiarity with RCCA, RCAs, FAI, Process Mapping, APQP, PPAP, 8D, and supplier auditing.
• Knowledge of PLM/ERP systems for BOMs and traceability.
• Ability to travel as needed; willing to be based on-site at a supplier facility in Europe.
