Sr Sustainment Development Manager

📋 Description

• Lead IPS teams supporting advanced propulsion programs and sustainment objectives.
• Coordinate engineering, maintenance, logistics, and customer priorities across complex programs.
• Shape sustainment strategies: maintenance concepts, repair capabilities, supply chain integration
• Develop roadmaps, proposals, cost models, schedules, and risk assessments for long-term decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and U.S. military customers to build scalable sustainment
• Deliver disciplined execution and practical solutions to complex operational needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination with leadership experience (min 5 years).
• Strong understanding of U.S. military organizations, maintenance, logistics, and sustainment
• Experience with IPS elements and defense program environments valued.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Cincinnati, OH; security requirements may limit remote work.
• U.S. Government Secret clearance or eligibility; U.S. Citizens only; export-controlled information
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
