Sr Systems Administrator

📋 Description

• On-site IT Infrastructure and Employee Care lead for Boulder site (~25–75 people).
• Own Level 2–3 escalations and act as local point of engagement for business and lab operations.
• Own day-to-day operations, end-user support, site infrastructure, networking, and equipment

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in IT support/operations with growth from service desk to infrastructure.
• Strong end-user support skills and solid infrastructure fundamentals.
• Networking fundamentals: switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, DNS/DHCP, VPNs, ISP coordination.
• Experience deploying/managing endpoints (laptops/desktops) and tooling (MDM/imaging).
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise systems (Google Workspace, Zoom, Atlassian).
• Experience owning escalations and coordinating with offshore/outsourced teams.
