📋 Description

• Lead global summer intern and co-op programs.
• Manage full-cycle hiring for early-career roles across Canada, US, UK.
• Partner with HR, business leaders, and regions to shape strategy.
• Coach hiring teams on role scope, evaluation, and market insights.
• Build inclusive pipelines from universities, co-ops, and student groups.
• Maintain data and improve Greenhouse processes for interns.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in talent acquisition with intern/co-op focus.
• Experience recruiting Canada, US, UK; familiarity with local calendars
• Strong partnering with HR and business leaders across markets.
• University recruiting experience; knowledge of student talent markets.
• Excellent English; professional communication with partners/candidates.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
