📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders across Sales and Go-to-Market functions to
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer
• Build proactive talent pipelines for critical roles by leveraging market research, sourcing
• Recruit for positions across Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services
• Design structured interview processes and support hiring teams with candidate evaluation frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience supporting Sales or Go-to-Market
• Proven experience recruiting for revenue-generating roles such as Sales, Customer Success
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions
• Demonstrated success developing sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines for challenging
• Experience using recruiting metrics and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with strong attention to
