📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs
• Support recruiting across accounting, finance, ops, and sales
• Track sources, maintain records, and deliver staffing metrics
• Collaborate on new recruiting strategies with internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of talent acquisition experience
• Full-cycle recruiting across corporate functions
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and labor regulations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Based in NY/NJ/CT Tri-State; ET hours required
