📋 Description

  • Lead end-to-end U.S. federal/state tax returns, estimates, and extensions
  • Prepare/review ASC 740 tax provisions and disclosures
  • Perform technical tax research on federal/state law changes
  • Support federal/state tax audits and document requests
  • Own SOX controls over the income tax close process
  • Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, and Legal

🎯 Requirements

  • 5 years progressive direct/corporate tax experience
  • Strong ASC 740 knowledge and tax fundamentals
  • SOX/internal controls experience in tax
  • SaaS/tax apportionment experience
  • ERP/Tax tools: NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, ONESOURCE, Corptax
  • Advanced Excel; Power BI/Alteryx is a plus
