  • Become a product expert across Highspot platform and integrations.
  • Be primary tech contact for mid-to-upper market customers and adoption challenges.
  • Provide proactive technical guidance on AI features, workflows, and automation.
  • Interpret analytics (usage, adoption, health) into ROI narratives.
  • Partner with CSMs, AEs, Implementations, Support, and Product & Engineering.
  • Lead regular customer meetings with progress updates and next steps.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in a client-facing technical role (e.g., TAM, Solutions Consultant) delivering value.
  • Strong technical aptitude; quick learner; can troubleshoot complex systems.
  • Solid understanding of software development, integrations, and SaaS architectures.
  • Experience with enterprise change management and digital transformation.
  • Familiarity with health metrics and adoption/value frameworks.
  • Experience integrating CRM platforms and SSO (SAML, OIDC, SCIM); REST APIs.
