Sr. Technical Architect

📋 Description

• Define engagement approach with account teams to build trust for Coupa.
• Collaborate with senior business/IT leads to blueprint AI-based procurement evolution.
• Architect and deliver PoC showing Coupa AI delivering the vision.
• Present technical content on Coupa platform, AI, cloud, security, and ERP integration.
• Create/evolve assets (presentations, videos) to support technical info.
• Work with RFP team on tech/security requirements for RFIs/RFPs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a technical architect, preferably in pre-sales.
• Strong experience with SaaS/PaaS/IaaS, web apps, security, and enterprise integration with C-level audiences.
• Agentic AI expertise and broad AI landscape understanding to steer designs.
• Deep understanding of how AI works with customer data.
• Experience in Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present concise technical narratives.
