📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional programs across hardware, software, manufacturing, testing, and robot
• Coordinate teams across mechanical, electrical, embedded, systems, and operations.
• Define scope, milestones, resources, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
• Drive planning through execution and remove blockers to meet milestones.
• Manage technical handoffs to support delivery of components, robots, and software.
• Develop program management processes to improve efficiency and collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 3–5 years in engineering program management or technical program mgmt.
• 3–5 years with hardware, systems, autonomous systems, or related product dev.
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional programs in production.
• Strong technical understanding for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
