Sr. Technical Recruiter (Starbase)

📋 Description

• Full desk recruiter managing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for mission-critical
• Partner with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions, and interview feedback
• Source candidates, including passive candidates, and present top options for interviews
• Provide candidate tours before onsite interviews to showcase SpaceX
• Attend interviews with client groups and assist in evaluating candidates
• Lead HR onboarding processes including background checks and offer letters

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of recruiter experience; or associate degree and 6+ years; or 7+
• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical, manufacturing and/or aerospace engineers
• Experience with high-volume recruiting
• Full life cycle recruiting experience (screening, interviewing, offers)
• Able to distinguish top 5% talent within their field
