Provide technical support for Databricks Platform issues.
Assist customers in their Databricks journey with guidance to achieve value using the platform.
Address questions from basic to complex architectural scenarios across the Big Data ecosystem.
Coordinate with engineering and escalation teams to resolve customer issues.
Participate in on-call rotation (weekends/weekdays).

🎯 Requirements

4+ years experience designing, building, testing, and maintaining Python/Java/Scala based
Strong experience with SQL-based databases.
Linux/Unix administration skills.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.
Experience with Distributed Big Data Computing environments.
Technical degree or equivalent experience.
