Sr. Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Perform integration, regression, and functional testing to ensure applications meet requirements.
• Create, review, maintain, and execute comprehensive test cases for new and modified systems.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into testing scenarios and quality criteria.
• Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution and validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and Scrum teams within Agile delivery.
• Support multiple teams and complex assignments while maintaining testing standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Scrum/Agile environments.
• Experience across full software testing lifecycle: test case development, execution, defect
• Strong experience in functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
• Experience with Change Management and change-control processes.
