Sr. Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Perform integration, regression, and functional testing to ensure applications meet requirements.
• Create, review, maintain, and execute comprehensive test cases for new/modified systems.
• Analyze requirements and translate into testing scenarios and quality criteria.
• Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and Scrum teams in Agile delivery.
• Support multiple teams while maintaining testing standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Scrum/Agile environments.
• Experience across full software testing lifecycle: test case dev, execution, defect mgmt
• Strong experience with functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Analytical, quantitative, deductive reasoning, problem-solving skills.
• Detail oriented with commitment to quality.
• 3+ years with test automation tools and TDD preferred.
