Sr. Training Manager, Oncology - Franchise V

📋 Description

• Maintain subject matter expertise for disease states, products and therapeutic areas.
• Develop and execute training programs with minimal guidance.
• Design and enhance curriculum for the Commercial organization.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Medical and Regulatory for accuracy and compliance of
• Manage vendors and contract requirements for training content.
• Lead training meetings including planning, logistics, vendor monitoring, and participant conduct.

🎯 Requirements

• Requires minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years pharma/biotech industry experience preferred.
• Training, Marketing or Sales experience in pharma/biotech preferred.
• Knowledge of Medical Oncology and Gynecologic oncology areas preferred.
• Experience developing training tools to enhance clinical acumen a plus.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, training design concepts, and platforms is a plus.
