🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related
5+ years hands-on experience owning and maintaining chemical process equipment in high-volume
Strong technical expertise in chemical delivery systems, wet process equipment, pumps, filtration
Experience with HJT silicon solar cell manufacturing equipment; deep knowledge of texturing
Proven ability to drive equipment uptime, reliability, and process improvements in 24/7 production
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to vendor sites (up to 20%)
