📋 Description

• Gather requirements, design, and implement Zendesk solutions, incl. AI features
• Build and maintain Zendesk integrations with CRM, chatbots, internal tools
• Administer help centers, profiles, roles, and business rules
• Develop and maintain documentation for Zendesk configurations
• Troubleshoot Zendesk configurations, workflows, and integrations
• Optimize Zendesk configurations for performance and reliability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years Zendesk developer/administrator with successful implementations and integrations
• 3+ years general technical development, customer support, or engineering
• 1+ years implementing Zendesk Agent Copilot + Zendesk Advanced AI
• Zendesk Apps Framework (ZAF) and Zendesk Developer API
• REST APIs and web services
• Solid understanding of Zendesk architecture, APIs, and integrations (e.g., Salesforce)
